Program Overview

Our House League runs once per week for 7 weeks and is designed to provide players with structured development and competitive play in a fun, supportive environment.

Perfect for beginners and recreational players looking to learn the game, make friends, and stay active. No previous experience required!

Program Structure

Weeks 1–6: Skill Development

Each session focuses on a specific core skill, with structured technical drills designed to build confidence and consistency.

  • Learn and refine all fundamental skills over the 7 weeks
  • Review previous skills each week to reinforce development
  • Progress through a structured training plan that builds week by week
  • Skills covered: Serving, Passing, Setting, Attacking, Blocking, Defense

Week 7: Tournament Play

The final week features a tournament-style competition where players apply everything they've learned in a game environment. Teams are formed and players get to experience the excitement of tournament play in a supportive atmosphere.
